Welcome to The Total Agricultural Manure Isolates - America Technology Page

The Total Agricultural Manure Isolates - America has identified the following technologies for reclaiming usable water from farm environments in the United States and Canada.

Screw Presses - remove bulk solids and fibers in the manure and discharge the vast majority of water, suspended solids, and dissolved solids for futher processing. The solids separated can be dried and reused on the farm.

Digesters - Anarobically degrade the liquid fraction collected from the screw presses to decompose the organic components contained in the fluid stream and collect the methane liberated during the decomposition process.

Filtration - The processed fluids from the digester are filtered to segregate the digester output into phorphous rich solids and nitrogen rich "tea water".

Secondary processing of the tea water produces a nitrogen rich concentrate and usable water. The usable water can offset clean water usage throughout the farm in areas such as irrigation and wash down. Further processing of the usable water followed by UV sterilization can produce potable water for animal drinking water.

None of the dscribed steps require the addition of polymers, antiscalants, or other water treatement chemicals.
